Seguin Fire Services, as well as the Police and Ambulance services. Emergency phone number is now 9-1-1. Enhanced 9-1-1, which displays the address of the caller on a computer screen became operational March 31, 1999. Residents are asked to learn and identify their property by using their "Civic Address" as installed signs on their property indicate.
Seguin Fire Services is comprised of a full time Fire Chief, a full time Fire Prevention Officer and approximately 90 dedicated & irreplaceable volunteers. There are 5 Fire Halls in the Township, housing 19 trucks, 3 all terrain vehicles, 3 boats and 2 snowmobiles. The Township is divided into 4 Fire Districts, being largely the former municipalities of Christie (including Monteith), Foley, Humphrey and Rosseau, with a District Chief assigned to each area.

No experience necessary. All uniforms and training provided.

Fire Hall Locations
The Township of Seguin utilizes the following 5 Fire Halls to provide emergency services coverage for the Township:
- Christie District located at 1040 Highway #518 in Orrville
- Foley District #1 located at 58 Rankin Lake Road
- Foley District #2 located at 18 McKaig Road (Also a satellite ambulance station)
- Humphrey District located at 115 Highway #141 (opposite Humphrey Public School) in Humphrey
- Rosseau District located at 4 Victoria Street West in Rosseau
Water Shuttle Accreditation
Property owners in Seguin Township may be eligible for an insurance rating allowing for an equivalency to that of an area having fire hydrants. Contact your insurance provider for more information.
