NOTICE OF PASSING OF THE TREE, BLASTING AND FILL BY-LAWS TAKE NOTICE THAT on the 5th day of August, 2008, Council for The Corporation of the Township of Seguin passed the following by-laws: By-law No. 2008-103, Being a By-law to regulate the protection, preservation and removal of Trees within the Township of Seguin. By-law No. 2008-104, Being a By-law to prohibit blasting in areas of the Township of Seguin. By-law No. 2008-105, Being a By-law to prohibit or regulate the placing or dumping of fill in areas of the Township of Seguin.
